We accept eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions from any doctor.

Look for us directly across the street from the Phoenix Indian Medical Center next to Drumbeats (16th Street & Indian School Road.

We accept AHCCCS for Native American patients under 21 enrolled in the American Indian Health Plan (AIHP).  If you are Native American and enrolled in a different plan, you may change to AIHP by calling AHCCCS at (602) 417-7100.
